REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@aset.works. Returns must be sent to our workshop in Quito, Ecuador. We will provide the return address upon approval. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error. In those cases, we will cover return shipping in full.

Customs and Reimportation Returned items shipped back to Ecuador may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon reimportation. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend consulting your local customs authority before initiating a return to understand any potential fees involved.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@aset.works if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Include photos of the damage and the original packaging. We will assess the issue and resolve it at no cost to you.

Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items Made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at info@aset.works.
