SHIPPING POLICY

Production & Shipping Times

In-Stock Items Pieces available in stock ship within 5–7 business days from our workshop in Quito, Ecuador.

All ASET pieces are made to order in Quito, Ecuador. Production lead times vary by piece:

— Weight Bookend: 2–3 weeks — Standard Shelf: 3–4 weeks — Straw Rack: 3–5 weeks

Once production is complete, shipping times depend on destination and selected freight method. We ship worldwide.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and freight method.

Import Taxes & Duties

Import taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact info@aset.works within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the original packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
